1. Return Window
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Eligibility
- Eligible Items: Most products unless explicitly stated as non-returnable (e.g., perishables, personalized/custom items, or hygiene-sensitive products).
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products (for health/safety reasons).
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Final sale items marked “non-returnable.”
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] within the return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Step 2: Securely package the item with the original receipt/invoice and include the RMA number.

4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacements or refunds. Include photos of the issue.
8. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for customs fees and return shipping costs.
